No, not worth it at all. Lunar lake laptops offers way more bang for the buck if you must go Intel, even if having 4 "P" cores is a little weak in 2026.

Doubt anytime soon. Typically the prices drop when next hardware arrives. Don't think nova lake for laptops is coming till Q1 2027.

On a positive note, since PTL is more efficient, it's allowing a higher allocation of wattage to the dgpu than previous last gen laptops could..

Lenovo has released a new 16-inch laptop in North America with 32 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 RAM and a 120 Hz OLED display. The 16IPH11 also combines a 16-core Panther Lake processor with an Nvidia dGPU that has a 105 W TGP. Currently, the IdeaPad Pro 5i is only available as a 16-inch laptop in North America.
