Nintendo reagiert auf steigende Speicherkosten, und verkauft Spiele für die Nintendo Switch 2 künftig teurer, wenn diese auf einem Spielmodul erworben werden, statt digital im Nintendo eShop gekauft und heruntergeladen werden. Yoshi and the Mysterious Book ist das erste Spiel, das auf dieses Preismodell setzt.
