Honestly, I think the time of physical keyboards on smartphones is long over. The screen real estate is so much more useful than to occupy one third of it with just a keyboard. All smart keyboards, swipers, predictive text, autocorrect etc are so advanced, that the on screen keyboard in my opinion must be completely fine for majority of people...
