The entire Pikmin series, as well as other major titles including Super Mario 3D All Stars and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, can't be used with Nintendo Switch 2's new Boost Mode for improving handheld play of Switch games. Additionally, other issues also plague the firmware update.
