I bought an Amazfit T-Rex 2 in December 2023 for ₹16,000, trusting it as a premium, durable smartwatch. Within a short time, it developed serious issues — battery drains within a day, sensor stopped working, and even the strap tore under normal usage. The watch has been completely unusable since July. What's more disappointing is the support. I have been following up since September, shared invoice and proof multiple times, and even contacted their support repeatedly — but every time they ask for the same details again as if there is no record. No proper resolution has been given so far. Now they say spare parts are "out of stock" for a watch that is barely two years old. This is not acceptable for a product in this price range. Customers invest in such products expecting reliability and support, not this kind of experience. So invest in this watch if you're ready waste huge money
Amazfit's T-Rex 3 smartwatch is getting another update. Software version 4.5.3.3 brings an offline route planning tool to these users, as well as a new diving workout. On top of this, there are improvements for the BioCharge energy level monitoring tool and for the watch's depth algorithm.
