Ooooh it's a downgrade because the awesome gameplay loses it's ray tracing and it doesn't look like a shiny puppet cartoon anymore! Real gamers don't give a f**K we just wanna play it

PS5 Pro players are discovering that parts of Resident Evil Requiem now look dramatically different. Digital Foundry analyzed a recent patch that switched off ray tracing in Raccoon City. There are fewer visual artifacts, but the drab city streets may be less enjoyable to explore with Leon.
