The only thing that matters for AI (not for AI training, where CUDA is big), is memory size and memory bandwidth. So this also just has 32 GB RAM and at least it's not soldered, and it's running at the usual 5600 MT/s, so, nothing special. And not even a GPU where a LLM could be offloaded to to run it very fast or partially offloaded to, to run it faster vs when it's running in system RAM only.
