SpaceX has launched Starlink Mobile, a standalone carrier service aimed at delivering 5G connectivity directly to standard cell phones worldwide via its direct-to-cell satellite network. Starlink's next-gen V2 satellites will beam up to 150 Mbps download speeds directly to phones equipped with modems Qualcomm's new Release 19 X105 unit.
