Omg :o, those are no good news at all but I feel with you. Didn't buy a Dell but a Lenovo and there where scratches on my Display, Display looks like it's gotten glued together, you can even see it in the rills how the glue composite is pressing out. To be honest before I chose the Lenovo, I wanted to buy a Dell, since I have worked with this Laptop Brand at work and was satisfied with it and the nice and comfortable Keyboard had convinced me at that time.
But reading this review I'm not so sure I would in the future.
General question is there something up in the air with bad client service reg. bought Laptops and issues in general?
I mean the experiences are quite similar with everyone here on their Laptop buys.
