Maybe when the S30 is released we will finally see a reason to upgrade from say an S20-21.

Samsung, just like every other manufacturer, is constantly innovating and working on the next product. With the Galaxy S26 series, there were minor improvements to the cameras, but a more significant upgrade could be on the way for the next generation.
