Nach der Schließung von Bluepoint Games rückt ein Remake oder Remaster von Bloodborne offenbar in noch weitere Ferne. Zudem geht Sony wegen Markenrechtsverletzungen gegen inoffizielle Projekte wie ,,Bloodborne: Top Down" vor. Damit bleiben PS4-Emulatoren für viele Fans womöglich die einzige Möglichkeit, den FromSoftware-Titel auf moderner Hardware technisch zu optimieren.
