just like the electric vehicles in the auto industry, businesses are very impatient. they want to benefit from the advanced tech before it has been fully or more-meaningfully developed. they want to start saving & reduce expenses now, not later. they don't know how much AI is actually helpful, if at all. just cutting jobs to reduce labor costs. and AI is their easy (excuse).
