Of course it's sponsored and I think it's disclosed at the end of the review article. All reviewers work like this unless they say that they have bought it with their own money: Reviewer gets the device, reviews it and sends it back; people visit the site and the reviewer earns money through ads on the site. To push for people clicking on news/articles/tests, sometimes clickbait titles are constructed. All do it.

You need to also consider the years of Android and Security updates compared to Apple iPad. These are vital to be fully functional and Gpr compliant.

No matter how the benchmark says (which they'll be always inferior anyway), Android tablets would never beat iPad, ecosystem speaking alone.
