I agree with the previous poster - this laptop is an absolute disaster. Idk how on this earth they couldn't even get below 0.7kg weight??? No laptop released these days should be so heavy. Also 55% battery life improvement is not much. 75% would've been much better. And the graphics are an utter disappointment... tbh no laptop should be released nowadays scoring less than 10k in time spy. Also idk how dell gets off on charging so much for this thing. I'd pay $800 tops. NBC definitely had a pai day.
Dell proved with 13" laptops with CPU in older process, that they can be more economical. We see also much longer working 14" laptops from other companies.
This laptop is step forward for Dell, but it's still behind others. Heavy (others can do 1kg with 73Wh battery), expensive, with throttling (you proved it in your review).
Maybe has got sense with LCD display (when people can live with throttling and weight), but with AMOLED nothing special for many cases. Sorry.
The latest Dell XPS 14 thin-and-light Windows laptop is a success from almost all angles. However, the Intel Panther Lake Core Ultra X7 358H powering the laptop is the true star of the show with fast GPU performance and excellent power efficiency. In fact, the Dell XPS 14 has incredible battery life.
