Who the hell would even consider to buy a Dell's laptop. I bought one for my employee, which was the first and the last one. Touchpad failed 2 times during the first year, keyboard failed three times, second year I started to repair this piece of s*** but on my own. Then I just switched to MS Surface books and pros, and will never buy that garbage Dell ever again.
The problem is that expected delivery date are incredible long. I placed an order in Italy for an XPS 14 with Core Ultra X7 and oled screen on January 27th 2026 and the expected delivery date is June 2026. For orders placed today the delivery date is April 7th 2026
The lower-end configurations were originally planned for a launch on February 19, but Dell is ahead of schedule this time to catch competitors off guard.
