I managed to get a number of IKEA Matter over Thread devices working on my Google Home Max display, and the automation editor seems to have been enhanced. I can now use the button and presence sensor within the automations.
The only issue I have so far is placing a leak sensor at the other side of my home is not being sensed correctly due to distance (and possibly close proximity to large metal objects (washing machine). I'm going to try adding few items in the connecting room to try and bridge the distance.
Google is rolling out updates to the Google Home app (including version 4.8) that aim to improve Nest camera "close-to-live" playback reliability and reduce "Video not available" errors when opening recent clips from notifications.
