Exactly one year old is "old" now? There's nothing even faster than that in the iGPU realm, its successor doesn't even exist. That's like saying how the iPhone 17 Pro is an old phone. Or the RTX 5090 an old GPU. Also good luck getting anything as good for $5, but yeah...
When it was released, it was already obsolete and used old RDNA 3.5. It's like calling RTX 5060 new, just because of model number, ignoring the fact it's based on prev. gen. GPU.

Yeah, I don't mean to pee on this guys parade, but 5700XT has a performance of 8060S, which is an old iGPU. It's very nice and I'm happy for the guy, but it's not like he scored 4070Ti or 5060Ti or something. Just sayin'...

I managed to purchase RTX 5090 Matrix at MSRP and I see no headlines. Regarding current Market situation, I dare say I'm a lot luckier than the guy with this old and obsolete VGA...

While an AMD RX 5700 XT from 2019 may be a tough sell in 2026, a lucky gamer appears to have bagged the GPU for just under $5 from a thrift store. With the aid of some thermal pads and a bunch of screws, the card fired up without any issues.
