Lange wurde verhandelt, jetzt herrscht Klarheit bei der neuen Elektroauto-Kaufprämie. Das BMUKN greift Privatpersonen unter die Arme und setzt dabei auf eine soziale Staffelung. Wer sich dieses Jahr für einen Neuwagen entscheidet, profitiert rückwirkend. Einziges Manko: Das Antragsportal lässt noch bis Mai auf sich warten.
