The user in question is running their CPU at 2000mhz. Performance gains may not be as noticable if you do attempt their fix.

A mod that disables DLC checking on Monster Hunter Wilds grants higher PC performance, going from average 25 FPS to averaging above 50 FPS on the same PC, and the same performance is possible w/o mods by simply owning all the DLC.
