Wow, this is indeed the fastest RISC-V single bord. The second fastest currently available from HiFive has half the cores (4), lower frequency, slower SPECint 2006 score per core, and it is more expensive!
With this one you can actually build a fully capable desktop with RISC-V CPU.
The Milk-V Titan is a pretty unusual motherboard that is intended to impress with high computing power and also supports PCIe expansion cards. The RISC-V board is already available for purchase.
