If you really want to play this game i recommend installing cheat engine to dupe gems and get packs that are with money since its almost impossible to play without them as a guy who played this game for 4 years things weren't usually like this but they went downhill real fast and the developer would rather flex his bench press(which isn't even thT impressive) rather than make his game actually playable with overflow being late gamer's biggest nightmare

Also a long time player. Since the start of the game. I log in every now and then. Game has gone completely downhill.

It's way too demanding, and lavas greed is infuriating.

Also. It only has a number of character slots. Which cannot be deleted to make a new character. It's a decent idle game made by a greedy person. Also, I think calling it a new game is low iq. I knownit was early access. But when you are in early access for years. Who cares about full release.

I'm a long term player, played Lava's prevois game Idle Skilling a little bit before Idleon

Every single time I open Idleon, I get a big banner at the top for a $20 premium pack, it's been like this all of this year and it's stopped me playing it

When a new world came out early on, getting there was made easier, I haven't noticed that for the last few worlds

The pets being gacha, the events having iap gacha, it's clear the direction has changed, way too much to keep up with too meaning you never know where you're missing strength from

Correct. I'm one of these long term players (and spenders) who quit many months ago, and know of many others who have also left. It used to be manageable, but with every new world release more and more new mechanics cannot even be considered usable without using paid currency to upgrade them, and the income from the game makes those upgrades take an unbelievable amount of time. Also, the outright switch to gacha mechanics for some things, especially during time limited events, put even more pressure on players to spend money. That and the shift to more active gameplay, where you let your character actually be online and actively killing stuff, rather than the IDLE of the title has become progressively more and more irritating.
Add to that the fact the developer is an outright sociopath who's incapable of taking ANY criticism, to the point he was joining the Discord servers of the game's guilds to spy on what they're saying about him, and that he banned people from the game before for leaving negative reviews on the game's storeftonts?...
Yeah. Do yourself the favor and never play this.

IdleOn is a free-to-play 2D idle MMORPG where you manage a whole roster of characters that progress even while offline, stacking deep skilling, crafting and automation systems with light MMO social features and optional microtransactions.
