Although GTA: Tokyo was a possibility, Rockstar Games has been reluctant to explore outside the U.S. A former technical director doesn't anticipate GTA 6 to feature exotic locations either. Instead, the studio will continue to revisit settings like Vice City, which embody American pop culture.
