Well I would assume that by December 2025 someone writing about pc handhelds would be familiar with Steamos. If not, no worries, but it would be better to avoid giving "your recommendations" if you don't know anything about the hardware/software you're writing about tbh.

Well for a start AMD drivers are miles ahead of intel, especially on Linux where a gaming and handheld oriented distro like bazzite doesn't work well at all on intel.

MSI now also offers its gaming handheld Claw 8 with an AMD processor. The question is why though, because our review reveals some ergonomic drawbacks compared to the Intel SKU and you also get 8 GB RAM less. The price is identical, so why should you get the AMD version?
