Where did you get those measurements?! I have a Redmagic 9 Pro with 28GB of RAM and I play on ultra at a solid 60fps with no drops, and that's even using the balanced CPU setting. I haven't even activated Diablo mode, which is the CPU overclocking feature on Redmagic processors, and it only drops to 24fps in cutscenes because the developers intentionally set it that way to match the frame rate of movies (which I think is awful).
Where Winds Meet Mobile has been tested on the iPhone 17 Pro Max, RedMagic 11 Pro, and Apple's M5-powered iPad Pro in a recent performance comparison by YouTube channel Dame Tech. While all three devices aim for 60 FPS, the test reveals notable differences in optimisation, resolution handling, and gameplay stability across iOS, Android, and iPadOS.
