I really cannot wait for the low-end Macbook where some will believe they're getting an awesome deal for just $500-600 only to realize it's a locked dud limited to an iPhone chip with 8 GB of RAM.
Either it will run MacOS and offer a spectacularly bad user experience, or run off iPadOS and have the same limitations as any iPads we've been accustomed to for years. Oh, and overpriced accessories of course.
