They can just use the same RAM, just like HBM was initially made by AMD and a few ram vendors. Didn't stop them from adding it to their own stuff.

The 3D-stacked DRAM technology jointly developed by d-Matrix and AIchip has just been successfully validated and is ready for commercial launch. It will be featured in the upcoming Raptor inference accelerators from d-Matrix and the technology is supposed to boost inference speeds by up to 10 times when compared to similar HBM4-based accelerators.
