VKD3D-Proton 3.0 adds AMD FSR 4 support to Linux and Valve's SteamOS, and flags within it suggest it could be used to enable the INT8 version of FSR 4 for prior-gen AMD GPUs, including those used by Steam Machine and Steam Deck.
