Also, Samsung phones usually come with atleast the SSC codec [Samsung Scalable Codec] which, IIRC, only works for all intents and purposes, with Samsung Galaxy Buds. I wonder if this entry level offering supports that.

The Samsung Galaxy A17 4G has a more modern design, but otherwise the differences to its predecessor are limited. However, with an AMOLED screen and 6 years of updates, it still stands out among affordable phones.
