It is disappointing that they degraded the cameras. Although to be fair I think their problem with cameras was more software processing than hardware. So if they can focus more on that this gen, it would be nice.
Regarding the efficiency, it really doesn't matter. At the end of the day, you're going to be charging your phone daily no matter what you choose. It's not like your most efficient phone on market is gonna get you 2 week battery life.
The Chinese phones are still laughably bad on efficiency. I was considering the OnePlus but after seeing the pathetic camera sensor downgrades and now the rubbish efficiency that's another hard pass.
I will wait for the iPhone 18 Pro (Max) at this rate.
