These backward users are stalling the progress! Just make a switch "Follow the phone's DND" and that would be it. Everyone is happy happy.

Garmin is rolling out a new version of the Garmin Connect app for Android. With version 5.19, the smartwatches Do Not Disturb settings no longer mirror your smartphone's settings. This change follows feedback from many Garmin customers, who preferred the original version of this functionality.
