Meh... on both the review and the handheld.

The Review: was lacking critical details such as what EXACTLY is included in the chipset? How many cores? iGPU version? Then generally competing models from other vendors at similar price point is offered for compare. Opps!!

The Handheld: sure many/most 'stuff' is there but in down-revision (Wifi5? Seriously?) as well as only 4GB of RAM. (Seriously?) Are at least the joysticks Hall Effect? What about the triggers?

So what we really have is yet another Horizontal form factor 'Retro Box' with down-revision under powered parts that MAY come in at ~$100 price point. (like surely many many others)

Sigh.

The Mangmi Air X promises plenty of gaming fun at a budget-friendly price, and it largely delivers. In our hands-on, the Air X proved to be a versatile gaming handheld that runs Android titles smoothly, handles retro emulation effectively, and even supports streaming for triple-A games. Performance is solid overall, although not exceptional.
