It's not snowing by me but there seem to be lots of snowflakes :P I watched the video. It shows how AI messes up. Even with a simple prompt. I love that he used real life photos to do this.

Prompt: They smile and turn into fluffy toys that resemble Labubus.

The result? Two giant fuzzy bears with unnervingly human features and boobs that bounce like they're auditioning for an R-rated anime. Somewhere between adorable and "I can't unsee that." This one's going in the AI hall of fame for unintentional comedy.

Prompt: The man smiles, then turns to see a green car wearing a bra on its lights.

Oh, Grok. You could've gone with humor or irony. Instead, you gave the car oddly shaped boobs on its hood. The lighting was perfect, the modeling precise—but once you notice those boobies, you can't focus on anything else. Perhaps that R-rated movie should be filmed.

For those really interested, these are the videos that were deemed disturbing/offensive.

Hi, I have same question as as Sarah. You guys semed to have edited it. A friend from work said it was absolutely hilarious, he says he visits daily. It's unfortunate that I only got to see the edited version. We shal try the waybackmachine. this was not childish it was actually really funny... and I', 37 and not a child. The writer has a cool sense of humorr.

Thanks for your comment. While I was testing Grok, it started focusing on a single trend — which wasn't my original intention. I decided to explore its capabilities across a few different settings to see how it would respond. I've included the original prompts, though Grok seemed to ignore them and go off in its own direction.

All I can say is—have some fun with it; it definitely gave me a good laugh!

Best regards,
Darryl Linington

So gen AI is impressive as long as you have the maturity of a 5 yo and a lot of time to waste - did I get this right?

Not dissing the article/reporter here, but the joke that gen AI is a major step forward for civilization has got to be a bad joke at this point.

Grok's Imagine app turns static photos into six-second AI videos that range from mind-blowing to mildly disturbing—and it's free to try. Notebookcheck did just that.
