Is that throttling behavior of the Arrow Lake CPU mostly (all?) due to the lack of capacity of the cooling solution? Dell's "slim and pretty" laptops have a bit of a tradition with that. However, even a better performance in burst mode compared to the previous model with the Meteor Lake SoC is definitely welcome.
