Microsoft has issued an emergency Windows 11 update to fix a bug that disabled USB keyboards and mice in the Windows Recovery Environment. The flaw, introduced with the October 2025 patch, left many users unable to navigate repair tools. The new KB5070773 update restores USB functionality and is now available through Windows Update and the Microsoft Update Catalog.
