For this price, you could get a great handheld that would run all these same games, like the RG Cube XX.

Or for a third of this, you could get something like the BattleXP G350, which just has a little lower build quality but still runs PS1 and below great.

The KinHank Super Console X3 Pro is a mix of a gaming console and a streaming box. It's relatively affordable and can supposedly emulate games for many older consoles, although there are some questions regarding copyright.
