Samsung's long-awaited tri-fold phone is expected to make its public debut at the APEC summit at the end of October, according to a source familiar with the matter who spoke to Bloomberg. This first appearance will be a display-only preview under glass, not a hands-on launch. The device, which could see a full retail launch as soon as November, is rumored to cost around $3,000 and will have an extremely limited initial production run.
