What a terrible idea, so your phone's battery and you'll still have a second battery to worry about.

Are the leather headband & earpads replaceable; considering the price-tag?

Issues arouse e.g. with Bowers & Wilkins Px8. Although the leather earpads were replaceable, the leather headband was not; and many customers had issues with it. Now with the new Px8 S2 this headband matter has been addressed, and one can replace it.

Headsets are used under different climates & environments. The headband & earpads are what normally wears out first on any headset, so it is important lo let a reader thru your article know about their replaceability.

The above youtube video (min 3:12-3:19) does not talk about it, neither of the Japanese protein leatherette ear cushions & headband.
