You'll definetily regret it. I have iPad for work and customizabilty and overall UX is far, far behind almost all Android brands' stock launchers. IMHO, even Microsoft Launcher for Android (which is not bad, btw) is miles ahead of iOS.

I stopped using it because gestures doesn't work with it on xiaomi,still the best launcher out there.

Yeap, I've seen more people share the same sentiments. There's something about Nova Launcher that lacks in the other launchers and it's a shame they've decided to kill it.

Nova Launcher, the most popular third-party launcher for Android, is shutting down after developer Kevin Barry left Branch, the company that acquired it in 2022. The app, once the default choice for users who wanted control over their home screens, will no longer receive updates and will eventually stop working.
