Actually it doesn't matter much anyways. I just realized that Panther Lake is an "in-between" generation. Which means it comes only for laptops. Just like Meteor Lake.

I don't like these much because they always feel like a beta-test. Every 2nd generation Intel creates an improved version, which then comes for all platforms (laptops and desktops), and which I consider the "real deal". Arrow lake has also improved in a lot of ways compared to Meteor Lake. The improved version from Panther Lake will then be Nova Lake.

The fact that reviews and benchmarks won't be released until CES 2026 doesn't bode well... they're just trying to hide their incompetence, just like what happened with the previous generation.
My God, Intel is getting worse every day. Now I understand why people buy AMD instead of Intel.

A new leak has revealed Intel's Panther Lake lineup will consist of twelve CPUs. They're classified into three different groups, each with slightly different specs.
