Interesting. Have owned a 7 Pro, 9 Pro, and now 10 Pro and they've all been fantastic phones with great performance for my needs and ironically (from Ad-beheamoth Google) ad-free, which I can't say about other phones I've used.

Also pretty affordable, since the trade-ins are very decently reimbursed. I have paid about $400/Pixel on average.

Not really a Google Fanboy, but the pixels have worked great for my needs.

On the charts it's stated that the phone uses UFS 4, but the text it's written that it uses UFS 3.2

Google should make a move toward "free" hardware, the way they have been doing with the software.
This way they can monopolize the market and enslave the whole Earth population and thus seize power from the indigenous naziolal chieftains.

Everywhere I search, I see the 256Gb version should be using UFS4.0. I'm not sure how your 256Gb version uses UFS3.1 I thought it was only the 128Gb version.
Are there geographical differences for the storage types ?
