I'm curious to hear from others who manage customer data regularly. Keeping a CRM clean and up to date sounds simple, but in reality, it can be a huge task—duplicate records, missing info, and outdated contacts all seem to pile up quickly.
For those of you working with CRMs, what's your biggest challenge with
CRM hygiene? Is it maintaining data accuracy, team adoption of best practices, or handling large volumes of information?
