Das Bundeskartellamt genehmigt die Übernahme der Media-Markt-Saturn Mutter Ceconomy durch das chinesische Handelsunternehmen JD.com. Trotz der Zusage ist der Deal allerdings noch nicht unter Dach und Fach.
