BMW erweitert das Antriebsportfolio seines SUV-Flaggschiffs: Ab 2028 wird der BMW X5 nicht nur als Benziner, Diesel und Plug-in-Hybrid erhältlich sein, sondern erstmals auch mit batterieelektrischem und wasserstoffbetriebenem Antrieb. Der iX5 Hydrogen wird das erste serienmäßig produzierte Wasserstofffahrzeug von BMW und verdeutlicht die konsequente Technologieoffenheit des Herstellers.
