The CEM Slot connector pins B1, B2, B3
and A2, A3 are not rated to support that much 12V Slot Power.
Are you referring to an external 12V power connector ?  The way this article is written is a little confusing.

Even the current PCIe 5.0 standard can only provide 75 watts of power, so almost all dedicated graphics cards require an additional power cable, which often looks unsightly and complicates installation. Asus now wants to change that, as a concept motherboard delivers up to 250 watts directly via PCIe.
