With the fierce competition between Qualcomm and Media Tek forcing both chip manufacturers to produce their best chips, it's disappointing and strange why Google didn't select the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or Dimensity 9500 to power their flagship Pixel phone "Pixel 10 Pro LX". Either one would have delivered far better performance than Tensor G5.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 8 has once again shown up on Geekbench alongside a Xiaomi 17 series phone. It is far more impressive than its earlier showings, and it demonstrates what the chip can perform like at launch.
