HoverAIR asserts that its inaugural drone can take off and land on water thanks to its "100% waterproof" build. The flying 4K camera is also rated to fly at over 30 miles per hour (mph) in various shooting modes. It has attracted over $1.6 million since its launch via crowdfunding, where it is still offered at just under $1,000 for a limited time.
