255HX's maximum operating temperature Tjmax is 105°C so crossing 100 is not crossing the limit.

Excellent article! I have this model on order.
Question - you stated "There are two M.2 SSD slots, but only the main slot is connected via PCIe 5.0 x4, while the unoccupied second slot is connected via PCIe 4.0 x4." Does this mean the main slot supports the latest generation of PCIe 5.0x4 M.2 SSDs?
