For web browsing, which isn't the primary use case for a gaming oriented handheld.

In actual gaming the difference isn't as large. In fact the ROG Ally X gets 19 min more when running cyberpunk test. Remember this is based on a 2.5 year old chip.

We still haven't seen the ROG Xbox Ally X yet which is what this handheld will be competing with.

Despite having a larger and more powerful RAM alongside a larger screen, the battery runtime is insane! Not even the ASUS ROG Ally X can achieve the same runtime despite having the same battery capacity. I really feel like AMD's Ryzen Z handheld CPU are made for Linux instead of Windows.

MSI's new Claw 8 AI+ is a massive improvement of the manufacturer's first gaming handheld. Adding to this is its more efficient Lunar Lake processor from Intel, as well as a larger 8-inch display with a 120-Hz refresh rate and VRR, and a big 80-Wh battery.
