I wonder who is asking for the latest fastest flagship chipset on a small phone. If you want a small compact phone, you obviously aren't the kind of people that play game, or do anything that requires the fastest chipset in the market. Just give a decent 8sg4 or even mediatek 8400+, and good camera, big battery, and  low(er) price.
