For a desktop a 64CU 80XT class gpu would be more than enough as RDNA5 is going to offer huge improvements in Path and Ray tracing, better IPC, GDDR7, so 10080XT with 64CU's would probably easily beat a 6080 Rubin and even match or beat 5090.
